BUILDING

PHILLIP LE ROUX

is a member of the Master Builders Association with over 10 years experience in the buiding industry. He started working in Dublin, Ireland, and started his own company on returning to South Africa. He is now based in Clarens, Freestate.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

LRDB Projects have a small team of experienced staff who are hard working, with a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of building and problem solving. We are able to assist with your project from the concept stage, to pricing and to oversee your project to a successful completion. We are also able to design and build furniture and sculptural pieces.

LRDB PROJECTS

is a husband and wife team. Phillip and Jacquie are a builder and archtiect team who have worked together and separately for the past ten years.

We do new build, renovations and alterations in the wider Dihlabeng and Freestate area, and are members of Master Builder's Association of Gauteng and SACAP.

We work with a small crew of skilled workers, ensuring quality and supervision. Jacquie Le Roux, the other partner, is an architect offering her design and architectural expertise to the company, including planning and council submission drawings. This enables Le Roux Design and Build the ability to provide clients with a complete service from design to plan to build. This includes plumbing, electrical and all interior work, such as built in cupboards, flooring, blinds and furniture. We have references from pleased clients from all of our jobs. On our website we have attached a concise set of images and descriptions of some of our completed jobs to give you an idea of our capabilities.
